This advanced leadership program is designed to build the knowledge, capability and confidence of senior leaders to actively support and protect the psychological health and safety of their teams—and themselves. Grounded in current legislation and psychosocial Code of Practice requirements, the program takes a systemic, evidence-based approach to managing psychological risks in the workplace.

Through guided discussion, case studies and role plays, participants engage in reflective learning to develop practical strategies and embed behaviour change. Leaders will leave equipped to shape high-performing teams and psychologically safe cultures.
